Warranty

AM Appliance Repair’s Warranty:
All work is guaranteed for 90 days which includes the part(s) installed as well as the service and labor provided. If a return visit is needed, there is no additional cost for a service call.

Manufacture’s Warranty:
If your appliance is still under manufacturer warranty, service done by AM Appliance Repair, LLC will likely not be refunded to customer by the manufacturer. Any work done by AM Appliance Repair, LLC will need to be paid out of pocket by the customer. For specific details regarding your warranty, reach out to the manufacturer directy.

Fee Structure

Cost for service is flat-rate, not hourly. There is a one-time service call and checkout fee that covers work done off-site and on-site and varies in price based on the type of appliance, brand, model and symptoms, level of research, ease of workspace, travel and involvement for diagnosis.

Any additional charges could include the cost of a part(s), if needed, and a quote would be given if there is a charge necessary for additional labor to install the part.

This payment is due at the end of the visit. If a second appointment is needed, a quote is given for parts and labor to complete the job.
